Micro mini-comics/art zines from Brix Skwikz

Here’s something really different, micro mini-comics/art zines from Brazilian artist Brix Skwikz!

The two larger zines are each just over 20 pages and measure around 3” by 2”. The smaller zine is a tri-fold quarter page with nine different images drawn on it.

Each of the 3” by 2” micro minis are filled with alternating pages of pictograph like black and white line drawings and poetry. One is a collection of facial drawings accompanied by lines of poetry that, while not entirely dark, do have a somewhat somber tone. The other also strikes a shadowy mood as well and is written alongside pictures of faces again, but this time with most of the details washed out accept for the mouths and with the focus on the teeth.

These tiny zines really are something different and a great example of the uniqueness that can be found in zine community! You can contact Brix at: http://bit.ly/1wWgcBy and http://on.fb.me/1scdxPf
