Strange Streets #3

Strange Streets #3 http://buff.ly/2b9xidA is a 24-page, standard size, mostly silent B&W comic with color covers, written and illustrated by Ryan Quackenbush.

A lone gunman wanders the dark streets while being pursued by a group of mysterious figures with glowing eyes. The strangers continually encourage him to join them. Something ominous lurks in the shadows, something that seems intent on seizing the gunman, but who or what is it? The gunman fires into the darkness…but with no obvious results.

The art in this series is really striking. Most of the story is told through images with very little reliance on dialogue or narrative boxes. At times it is hard to know exactly what is going on, or maybe that’s just me, but the art keeps me turning the pages in anticipation of what’s coming next!
