“In a slowly decaying futuristic city, social class is determined by the amount of time you spend in a virtual world called: The Interface.” 

So, that’s the set-up to this cyberpunk series that opens with a blade swinging warrior in a surreal world fighting giant sea creatures! From there the strangeness builds to delightfully weird levels of violent action packed with beautifully ugly characters and monsters! The overarching story follows a couple trying to survive in this dystopian world when they’re offered the opportunity to never experience boredom again. As the couple weigh their options and contemplate what accepting the offer might cost them, unforeseen events unfold that put the struggling pair at odds.

Emmanuel Filteau spins this tale as a mostly silent comic and exquisitely illustrates the action with expressive, dynamic, and highly detailed imagery that flows seamlessly from panel to panel and page to page! The colors, composition, and pacing all work perfectly together and make this an awesome read!
