STAPLE! 2025 Tables Coming Soon!

Tables for STAPLE! 2025 will be available starting at 11:59pm on Sunday, January 19. It will be first come, first served. Last year the show filled up in eighteen hours, so you'll want to be ready!

If you register after the spots are filled, you'll automatically be added to the waiting list.

The show this year will be in the Mabee Ballroom at St. Edward's University, on April 12-13, 2025.


$160 for a 6' table, with up to two badges included. Only two people/chairs per table.


Wi-Fi available, electricity not provided.

No refund for cancellation after April 1,2025.
