This is a great and fun mix of Manga and traditional western art all rolled together! The three leading ladies (and their contributing writers/artists) each bring a unique style to this crossover. The styles in art and storytelling change as arcs in the story are reached which makes the transitions smooth and neatly effective in moving the story forward. The Manga style captures the dynamic action of the story while the traditional western style brings extra detail and a bit of playfulness to the tale with its subtle humor. Combined the two work great together and enhance the overall rhythm and intrigue of the comic.
