	IC3 Cartoonist Spotlight: Rick Lopez Rick Lopez is a SoCal cartoonist based in the High Desert. Creator of the mini-series THE POWER, the bi-weekly comic strip COSMICAT, and co-founder of the comic book syndicate Next Panel Press. Rick has contributed to multiple projects such as GHOST AGENTS, IMAGE GRAND DESIGN, WIZERD MEGAZINE, and RELIC HUNTER from Cosmiclion Productions, as well as WEAPON ECHH: A STUDY OF BWS, B^TM^N YEA WHA?! and the most recent GIANT-SIZE '63 from 100% Comics!
