Rapid City Below Zero is a comic book series about a female super villain named Icicle and her mission of revenge. The series is written and produced by Josh Dahl and illustrated by artist Shawn Langley.

Josh and Shawn have published three issues of this action-packed, super-villain revenge tragedy and are now running a KickStarter campaign to fund the publishing of issue #4!
