One Last Day: No Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance

One Last Day: No Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance is an 8-page, full size B&W, silent, one shot, ADULT ONLY comic written & illustrated by Adam Yeater. http://bit.ly/1Hn5aw5

Adam Yeater’s nondescript everyman returns in One Last Day: No Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance. In this offgoing outing our hero is neglected, picked on, and harassed as a kid. Fast forward 20 years and we find our hero all grown up and being victimized yet again but this time at the end of a gun held by a mugger. The years of ridicule and abuse have left a mark on our hero’s psyche and things quickly turn deadly!

Adam’s art is morbidly fun and interesting in its abstract caricature of people set against more realistic and detailed backdrops. The methods of demise Adam invents and the way they come about are also a gruesome treat! The pacing of the story works great too as Adam expertly lays out the action panel-by-panel to convey fear, anxiety, and anticipation with little to no words!
