Cartoonist Spotlight: John Mungiello

John Mungiello is a new face at IC3, but from the very first line of his bio to the striking contrast between his charming profile photo and his bold artwork, it was clear he'd be a perfect fit for our show. We're excited to welcome John to IC3 2025!

John Mungiello is not an Eisner Award-winning cartoonist, but he is a cartoonist and art teacher, which is good enough...for now. He is the author and artist of the graphic novel EVE, due out next holiday. He currently lives and works in Riverdale, NJ, with his wife, Laura, and their forty houseplants. His next graphic novel will be CRAWLER AND THE DEADLY DOZEN, published by New Friday.
